Avocado Oil Processing Steps And Equipment Selection

• Clean up: Choose high-quality avocados, wash and dry.
• Peeling and core-removal: special machinery is used to remove the core and skin.
• Mechanical milling: The pulp is crushed into small pieces with a particle size of half a grain of rice.
• Preparation of avocado oil: cold pressing and extraction.
• Dry and dehydrate: The filtrate is boiled in a still under moderate pressure and dehydrated to obtain avocado oil, which is bright green in color.
• Filter residue press: Bake the filtered filter residue twice, the first bake at 200-260ºC baking temperature for 10-20 seconds, the second bake at 70-80ºC baking temperature for 20-30 minutes to get baking ingredients, and then through the low temperature press to obtain crude avocado oil, and filter to get avocado oil and meringue cake.
