Double Cone Mixer

Lab scale powder mixer is a kind of high precision and high efficiency mixing equipment. The equipment rotates with the main shaft through the blade , so that the material moves along the barrel arm in a radial circle, and the radial material flows along the throwing knife set and is scattered by the high-speed rotating throwing knife, so as to achieve the effect of mixing evenly in a short time.

This twin-cone mixer is composed of a rotating container with two cones and two stirrers. This machine is applicable for powder coating, pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff, dyestuff, and other multi-compound materials. It has remarkable effect in mixing powders and particles with relatively good fluidity. Its barrel is made of stainless steel, which is polished both inside and outside, featuring beautiful appearance and easy operation.
