Our essential oil distiller equipment adopts the method of steam distillation.

This method is as below: put the plants into the container, add water and heat container.The the steam and oil will enter the condenser through the top outlet to cool down. Because of the relative lighter density,essential oil float on the water surface,then we get the highest quality essential oil extracted for the first time.

Since essential oils are slightly melted in water, a bit essential oil will remain in the cooling water ,which is called "hydrosol" or "flower water".

3.Each sealing part shall be inspected in each shift, and any leakage shall be eliminated in time.

4.Check all meters once a month.

5.To prevent accidental electric shock, please install the leakage protector separately.

6.In the working state of the equipment, the oil inlet in the heating area shall be normally open, and the sandwich heating source (heat conduction oil or water) will expand when heated. Pay attention not to overflow, and a small amount can be properly discharged in the oil discharge port.
