Introduction:
Centrifugal egg shell breaker and separator is mainly used to break the eggs, and separate the egg liquid from the egg shell. It can also crush the egg shell into little pieces, which reduce th volume of the shells and discharge.
The egg shell and liquid separating machine can break the whole eggs and separate the egg shell and egg liquid automatically.
It adopt special centrifugal mechanism design,all parts are made of 304 stainless steel,humanized design,convenient to dismounting,clean.
Precautions:
1. The machine is placed steadily, and the grounding wire is installed.
2. After connecting the power supply, start the machine and observe the rotation direction of the machine. The rotation direction is clockwise. If it is counterclockwise, adjust any two of the three-phase power at will.
3. When pouring the eggs, please don't pour too much at one time. If you pour too much, the machine will jam and the belt will break.
4. When cleaning the machine, it is recommended to use a wire brush to clean the filter barrel and filter mesh in the working barrel, and the mesh is blocked by egg residue.
Secondly, you must clean up the filter screen and the eggshell residue at the bottom of the cylinder core. If the filter screen is not concentric, there is a harsh metal friction sound or the belt breaks when the machine is turned on.
