Short range molecular distillation unit

The short range (molecular) distillation unit is a thin-film evaporator which inherits the built-in condenser. In the evaporator, the scraping system distributes the materials evenly on the inner wall of the heated evaporator, and the evaporated light components are condensed in the condenser built into the cold start of the steam. The distance between the evaporator and the internal condenser is very short, and there is almost no pressure drop. From laboratory type to industrial scale, the operating pressure can reach 0.001 mbar under distillation state. All evaporators are heated by commercial heat transfer medium (such as heat transfer oil), and the characteristics of products and liquid film and condensation can be seen during distillation
