It is a system , in which, producing equipment ( tanks , pipes and valves etc ) and whole production line is cleaned and disinfected circularly in a closed loop without being dismantled or opened . It is applicable for cleaning of equipment and pipes in industries of dairy ,beverages , alcohol , agricultural and sideline products. The CIP system is the abbreviation of Cleaning in place System . It is a process in which all production equipment ( tank , pipe , pump , etc .) and the whole production line are subject to cleaning and sterilization cycle in a closed loop without the need of manual opening or disassermbly . It is suitable for cleaning of equipment and pipes in such industries as dairy products , beverage , alcohol , agricultural and sideline products processing , etc .
