The capacity of the multi-functional extraction and concentration unit is: 5, 10, 20, 30, 50, 100, 200, 300, 500L, etc. It is mainly applicable to laboratory research and development in universities, research institutes and enterprises and public institutions, as well as small and medium-scale trial production lines.
Process Flow
Put the medicinal materials to be extracted into the extraction tank and add a certain proportion of solvents such as water, ethanol, methanol, acetone, etc. according to the production process (add them by yourself according to the process). The extraction of the active ingredient can be carried out, and the extraction temperature can be set according to actual needs.
Extract according to the production process. After the extraction is completed, open the pipeline valves in sequence and draw the liquid into the concentration tank for concentration. The temperature of the concentrated liquid is set at the required value, and the vacuum degree is maintained at -0.05 to -0.09MPA. The secondary steam generated during concentration passes through the condenser and cooler to become condensate and is refluxed to the extraction tank to be added as a new solvent to the medicine.
The new solvent flows from top to bottom through the layers of medicinal materials to the bottom of the extraction tank. The soluble components in the medicinal materials dissolve in the solvent inside the extraction tank and are sent to the tank to serve as the new solvent, forming a new solvent reflux extraction until it is completely dissolved (the extraction liquid is colorless).Concentration continues until it reaches the required specific gravity of the ointment. The colorless liquid in the extraction tank can be reused next time.
