Loading materials in a vacuum state, the motor reducer drives the double ribbon agitator to rotate, driving the powder to rotate along the cone wall and lift from bottom to top.After the material reaches the highest point, it automatically flows to the center of the vortex and returns to the lower part of the cone,The mixing process is realized; at the same time, the material is forced to be heated in the cone,so that the heat exchange between the material and the ribbon agitator and the barrel wall is completed when the material is reciprocating in all directions,and the purpose of mixing and drying can be achieved in a short time under vacuum.

 

Features: The tank body is designed with aseptic and fully sealed structure, and the internal structure is simple and has no dead corners. It is especially suitable for mixing and drying materials such as flammable, explosive, toxic or highly toxic,and food, other materials that are not allowed to have pollution or sterility requirements. The advanced single-cone and double-spiral agitator structure has high filling efficiency, up to 75% or more, saving floor space and operating costs. The cone design facilitates smooth discharge and no residue. We design the cone tank to 40 degrees. The high degree of automation greatly reduces labor intensity and saves labor costs. The heat exchange area is maximized to meet the requirements of industrial design. The tank body, tank top, agitator and hollow shaft can be heated by hot water,steam,and heat transfer oil. The heat exchange efficiency is high and the work cycle is shortened. The design of the agitator adopts a double-fulcrum positioning structure,with a small radial swing,ensuring a smaller safety gap between the spiral belt and the barrel wall, and reducing the damage to the mechanical seal.·The sterile special plunger sampling valve can complete sampling in a closed vacuum state. The aseptic discharge valve with nitrogen purge, the gas floating seal structure,no dead corners,fully comply with the clean production requirements.
